Position Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, staging, inventorying, and distributing plumbing materials, tools, and equipment. This position helps ensure our field teams have the materials they need to complete jobs efficiently and safely.

This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Inventory & Material Management Receive, inspect, and unload incoming deliveries

Verify quantities and inspect materials for damage

Organize and stock warehouse inventory accurately

Pull and stage materials for plumbing crews and service technicians

Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts

Monitor inventory levels and report shortages

Maintain accurate inventory records

Warehouse Operations Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe

Load and unload company vehicles

Operate warehouse equipment safely

Organize storage areas for maximum efficiency

Ensure materials are stored properly to prevent loss or damage

Assist with warehouse projects and improvements

Plumbing Material Preparation Assemble and prepare plumbing materials for job sites

Cut, thread, solder, and prepare plumbing components as needed

Assist with organizing pipe, fittings, fixtures, valves, water heaters, and other plumbing supplies

Stage materials according to project schedules and branch needs

Delivery & Support Deliver materials to job sites when needed

Assist field personnel with material requests

Coordinate with supervisors and purchasing personnel regarding inventory needs

Support branch operations as needed

General Labor & Facility Support Perform miscellaneous labor tasks as assigned

Assist with maintaining warehouse grounds and storage areas

Help move equipment and materials throughout the facility

Participate in company safety initiatives

Qualifications

Warehouse experience preferred but not required

Construction, plumbing, or building supply experience is a plus Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Basic computer and inventory tracking skills preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Dependable attendance and punctuality

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and standing

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Ability to safely handle warehouse materials and equipment

Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment (training available if needed)
