The Person al Training Director will oversee the operation and management of the personal training department at the LA Fitness location in Collierville, TN. This is a full‑time, on‑site role focused on supervising personal trainers, managing client relationships, and developing personalized fitness programs. Responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring personal trainers, ensuring the quality and consistency of training services, promoting fitness programs, and ensuring a positive, results‑driven experience for gym members.

The role also involves managing schedules, monitoring staff performance, and addressing customer inquiries to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

• Expertise in Personal Training and Group Training techniques, with a strong understanding of fitness principles
• Experience in Training staff and implementing effective training programs
• U.S. National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certification or equivalent qualifications
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with gym members
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred
