Middle School Office Assistant

(10-month employee)

All candidates for employment must be Christ-followers and actively involved in a church. They will also be required to pass a background check and drug test upon application.

• Be a Christ-follower.
• Motivate students to accept God’s gift of salvation, and be a Christian witness and role model to them in order to help them grow in their faith.
• Ensure that the classroom work environment is Christian-based, nurturing, wholesome and loving.
• Carry out Christ-centered counseling with students, parents, and staff.
• Actively involved in a church.

• Maintain a welcoming and clean atmosphere for guests, students, teachers, staff, and administration in the Middle School Office daily.
• Manage lost and found in the Middle School Office.
• Manage Middle School Student IDs issues, act as Chromebook Resolution point person, and address daily student needs.
• Assist the Sub Coordinator by preparing rosters, keys, IDs for pre-arranged subs.
• Act as the point person for teachers to contact if a sub is needed once the school day has started; alert Administration and Sub Coordinator to resolve the need.
• Manage the Student Services general email and voicemails.
• Assist with students’ daily pop-up needs.
• Assist Middle School Principal and Middle School AP as needed.
• Assist with Commencement & Planning Phases with the Student Services Team.
• Assist with Awards Ceremony Planning Phases with the Student Services Team.
• Other Duties As Assigned.
