Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and evolution of system architectures for high‑impact defense missions.
- Translate mission requirements into detailed architecture models and design documents.
- Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, program management, and stakeholders to ensure architectural integrity.
- Guide and mentor cross‑functional teams on architecture standards, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and performance evaluations to support decision making.
- Extensive experience in systems architecture for complex defense or aerospace programs.
- Proficiency with SysML, UML, and architecture modeling tools.
- Strong understanding of requirements engineering and mission‑systems integration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an agile or iterative development environment.
