** 1st Shift - 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

** Position Overview*
* The Customer Returns Specialist is responsible for managing customer returns related to Titleist products. This role ensures all returns are processed accurately, documentation is maintained, and customers receive timely and professional support.

** Key Responsibilities*

** Process Returns
** Verify eligibility, complete return transactions, and issue refunds or exchanges in accordance with company policy.

** Customer Communication
** Respond to customer inquiries regarding returns, provide updates, and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.

** Documentation & Recordkeeping
** Maintain accurate and detailed records of all returns, including reasons, timelines, and customer information.

** Follow Established Procedures
** Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with all returns-related processes and guidelines.

** Team Support (as applicable)
** Assist with training or guiding team members in higher-level roles or as experience grows.

** Qualifications & Skills*
