Acushnet Company is seeking a Senior Distribution Solutions Specialist to serve as a critical link between our Distribution Operations and IT teams. In this role, you will drive process excellence, optimize system performance, and ensure that our distribution technology—especially SAP S/4

HANA and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)—continually evolves to meet business needs.

• Act as the primary advocate for Distribution Operations, shaping process improvements and partnering with Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and external vendors.
• Provide deep functional expertise in SAP S/4
  
  HANA and EWM
  , ensuring system configurations meet operational requirements.
• Translate distribution needs into effective process designs, system configuration requests, and scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain process flows, documentation, and change‑management materials.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot production issues, validate enhancements, and implement system updates.
• Lead training initiatives to ensure distribution teams are equipped on system functionality and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall operational performance.
• Monitor system performance and proactively recommend improvements.
• Support global distribution execution sites with WMS configuration, audits, and best‑practice alignment.

• Strong background in distribution operations and process optimization
• Expertise in SAP S/4
