The Data Visualization Analyst role is designed to help the commercial teams extract, summarize and visualize relevant past performance metrics to drive future performance. It requires a creative thinker who has the ability to transform ideas into actionable tolls that help teams deliver their objectives. This role will:
* Work across multiple business teams learning how they operate, understanding insights they need to make decisions
* Analyze information from multiple data sources, external and internal to identify business drivers that affect growth and efficiency
* Design reports, tools and tracking mechanisms
* Translate ideas into tangible output A Day in the Life...
* Delivering insights using compelling Power BI or SAC visualization techniques for business team.
* Ability to translate business needs into actionable reporting and visualization thru rapid prototyping and storytelling.
* Building models and designing experiments that seek to uncover insights that drive performance.
* Analyzing complex data made of unstructured, semi-structured and structured datasets to drive insights.
* Active participant in designing creative new ways to use data to help commercial team drive growth.
* Work in an environment with internal IT, business teams and external vendors to design and scale work-flows, templates and dashboards .
What We Are Looking For :
* BA/BS in computer science or related field or equivalent relevant experience, preferably with a focus on data visualization
* Minimum 5 years of related experience
* Extensive experience with Data Visualization using tools like Power
BI (preferred) and Tableau
* Demonstrate ability to work effectively with others within a complex, cross-functional and fast paced organization
* Excellent communication. Ability to present ideas and insights to business stakeholders
* CPG industry knowledge
Education:
Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
Work Experience:
At least 3 Years of Experience Annual Salary: $87,400 - $120,230 The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position's typical hiring range.
