Manager, Supply Chain Business Partner
Ocean Spray is hiring for a Manager, Supply Chain Business Partner! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Whatever your title, whatever your role — it always comes back to this: we're a farmer-owned co-op where everyone rolls up their sleeves to get the job done. Three maverick farmers started it all — and we've been making our own way ever since.

Partnership with Network Optimization
- Supply portfolio inputs (demand signals, service targets, constraints) to network studies impacting Food and Beverage.
- Support implementation of network changes (item/plant moves, DC cutovers, inventory rebalancing) for the assigned Food and Beverage portfolio.
- Coordinate change management, customer communication milestones, and cutover risk mitigation with functional owners.
Standards, Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement and Lean/Six Sigma problem solving to reduce timeline slippage and variability.
- Contribute to the maturation of the Commercialization pillar (tools, templates, best practices).
