** Area Coordinator - 2nd shift
** Location**:

** Job Objective**:
To direct the activities of a group performing a particular operation within the Distribution Center, assisting the Team Leader who oversees that area as part of his or her area of responsibility.
** Primary Responsibilities**:1. Helps ensure proper workflow in the picking or put away areas by communicating effectively to team members what needs to be accomplished daily and makes sure the team stays on task to get directives done in a timely manner. keeps the areas organized and coordinates activities and resources within a specific area of the Distribution Center.
2. Assist in researching incomplete orders brought to hospital area. Help identify root causes of shorted product and document for tracking. Support Team Leaders with necessary inventory corrections within the active pick locations.
3. Notify Team Leader immediately if any concerns are brought to them about disciplinary or safety issues.
4. Inform Team Leader when more assistance is needed in their area, or associates need to be moved on to other tasks.
** Additional Responsibilities**:

** Education**:
High school graduate or GED equivalent.
** Experience**:
One-year prior experience in the operation they will help coordinate. One-year prior WMS experience.
** Requirements:
** Good communication and computer skills. Must be able to work well with people in their assigned area of responsibility, prior experience in that area required.

Pay Range: $20.25-$24.50
