Role Description

This full-time, on-site Packaging Technician role is based at our facility in Lakeville, MA. The Packaging Technician is responsible for operating and monitoring automated packaging equipment, including robotic systems, to ensure accurate and efficient pre-roll and cannabis product packaging. Day-to-day tasks include preparing materials, loading and unloading products, labeling, sealing, and organizing finished goods for inventory and shipment. The role involves performing routine equipment checks, reporting and assisting with troubleshooting minor issues, and maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work area.

The Packaging Technician collaborates with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and uphold quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong packing and general packaging skills, with attention to accuracy and efficiency.
  • Quality control abilities, including visual inspection and adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Clear communication skills to coordinate with team members and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and report equipment or process issues.
  • Interest or experience in packaging design and presentation of consumer products.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and strong organizational skills; prior experience in manufacturing, cannabis, or food packaging is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to complete any required compliance and safety training.
