Ocean Spray – Maintenance Mechanic

The Maintenance Mechanic will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operation of corporate facilities. Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing building systems, supporting snow removal, material handling, event setups, and backup mailroom coverage as needed.

• Complete preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems as well as light carpentry work.
• Respond to tenant service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and common areas.
• Assist with snow removal as needed.
• Support material handling, including moving furniture and office setups.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as required.

• Knowledge of tools, materials, methods and practices in facility maintenance.
• Skill in operation of power/manual tools, light/heavy equipment.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Flexible schedule (On call 1x every 3 weeks).

• 2+ Years of maintenance experience in a commercial or office environment.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, Electrical and plumbing systems.

High School Diploma or GED (Required).

At least 1 Year of Experience.

$44,900 - $61,710.
