Job Description

Currently hiring a Warehouse Specialist to load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory. Our Warehouse team members play a vital role in the daily operations of our facility. Your Responsibilities
  • Load and unload installer’s trucks; ensure the Load In / Load Out policies are adhered to.
  • Perform a variety of warehouse duties such as pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness, inventory stock checks, restock and move, store, and replenish material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
  • Perform receiving duties such as receive and unload inbound material, process inbound shipments, stock material, process customer returns and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
  • Maintain, clean and organize facility by sweeping, trash removal, etc.
  • Cycle count inventory, store in orderly and accessible manner, while inspecting stock items for wear or defects and reporting to supervision.
  • Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage.
  • Execute warehouse inventory management processes by reviewing and receiving orders accurately.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and the accuracy of on‑hand quantities.
  • Help to prepare for physical inventory and support the physical inventory day activities.
  • Knowledgeable of ERP systems and equipment.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
  • Complete any additional activities and other tasks as assigned.
  • Arrange warehouse products to facilitate a maximum picking process timeline.
  • Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting 50 lbs. during physical loading/unloading of trucks.
  • Ability to stand for up to 12 hours to perform job related tasks.
  • Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
Your Qualifications
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • If operating a vehicle for Company purposes, a valid driver’s license will be required.
  • Ability to use a handheld scanning unit.
  • Compute basic math problems.
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Forklift certification is preferred, but not required.
