Accounting Manager – Manufacturing


Location:

South Metro (onsite then remote flexibility)
Base salary: $120,000–$150,000
Bonus: 10–12% target

About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization in the south metro that is adding a hands-on Accounting Manager to the team. This is a newly created role intended to strengthen day-to-day accounting operations, improve internal controls, and provide additional leadership across core accounting functions.

About the Role

• Lead key aspects of the month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Perform balance sheet and income statement analysis and support financial reporting
• Oversee day-to-day AP and AR processes and provide guidance to a small, tenured team
• Support audit activities and SOX-related work
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
• Partner cross-functionally to support business needs and improve processes

What They’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5–10 years of accounting experience
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• CPA or progress toward a CPA is strongly preferred
