Operations Assistant | Child Advocacy Center
Saint Cloud, MN, United States
Job DescriptionThe Operations Assistant is responsible for providing overall support for the Operations CAC Supervisor and the department within to help ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. Utilizes Microsoft Office, presentation software, database management and available software packages. Responsible for Clinic Coordination for the Child Advocacy Center. This is an entry-level position.
Schedule:
- Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud
- Day shift | 8am-4:30pm
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $17.93 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Pay range:$17.00 - $25.54 per hour

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year general office experience required
- Post High School Degree Post High School Degree Administrative experience preferred
- Experience in medical office or hospital setting preferred
- Good time management and prioritization abilities
- Good communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
