Job Title: Training Coordinator
Location: Lakeville, Minnesota

Pay Range: Up to $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Join Interstate Companies Inc. as a Training Coordinator and play a key role in supporting our training programs! You'll handle participant communications, scheduling logistics, invoicing support, and full coordination of training schedules. As the administrative lead for our Learning Management System (LMS), you'll assist branch management with user access, course assignments, credit tracking, reporting, compliance reviews, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate training records, including schedules, attendee lists, and attendance documentation
  • Coordinate classroom logistics: scheduling, setup, equipment/tools, meals, and participant materials/guides
  • Prepare and distribute training materials
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and training participants
  • Manage accounts receivable and process invoices related to training activities
  • Generate reports on training activities, participation, and outcomes
  • Act as the in-house LMS expert: support user access/setup, troubleshoot issues, manage assignments/credits, and produce reports
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating the leadership development program
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Prior experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive mindset with enthusiasm for taking on new projects, learning, and embracing challenges
