As our Process and Change Lead, you will help turn complex business needs into practical, sustainable ways of working. You will connect people, processes, planning capabilities, and technology to strengthen how change is designed, introduced, adopted, and sustained.

The Process and Change Lead will drive business process transformation and organizational readiness across Integrated Planning Solutions initiatives. You will lead work from concept through sustainment, helping teams define problems, develop strategies, manage implementation, remove barriers, and establish standards and best practices.

This role serves as an important connection point between the business and technology. You will partner closely with Product Owners, process owners, IT, project teams, and business leaders to support supply chain transformation, planning enhancements, and improvements to manual or technology-enabled processes.

Success in this role calls for accountability and curiosity. You will own outcomes, ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions, and turn incomplete or evolving information into clear recommendations and action plans.

• Facilitate process workshops, operational discovery sessions, and future-state design discussions.
• Lead the design and continuous improvement of end-to-end planning, scheduling, and supply chain processes.
• Analyze current-state processes and identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, workarounds, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop future-state processes, operating models, governance frameworks, standard work, and adoption strategies.
• Create and execute stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, implementation, and change management plans.
• Partner with Product Owners, process owners, IT, project teams, and business stakeholders to align process and technology decisions.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, operating models, training, and sustainment plans.
• Prepare teams for changes to processes, systems, roles, policies, and ways of working.
• Design role-based learning, training, knowledge transfer, and sustainment materials with subject matter experts.
• Build and support Super User, Trainer, and Change Champion networks.
• Develop and monitor process, readiness, training, adoption, and transformation-benefit metrics.
