In your role as an Early Childhood Substitute Teacher, Assistant, or Aide, you’ll create engaging and nurturing experiences for children from infancy through preschool. You’ll step into classrooms where you’re needed most, offering support, consistency, and care to help children thrive.

What You’ll Need:

• At least 16 hours of weekly availability, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Reliable transportation and willingness to commute up to 25 miles.
• A genuine love for children and a commitment to their early learning.
• Experience in a licensed childcare setting is preferred.
• A degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus.
• Willing to train the right person who has the passion and reliability to succeed.
