Civil Foreman

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and demonstrate use of one or more pieces of heavy equipment while practicing safety
• Use grade stakes, lasers and GPS
• Oversee crews, recommend promotions, and recommend terminations to the Trade Superintendent
• Enforce OSHA, MSHA, FRA and DOT regulations for the site, subcontractor crews and visitors
• 100% travel required

• Must have a valid driver license and an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR)
• Ability to be located near current jobsite-travel position.
• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors and co-workers, etc. by effectively communicating with them, sharing clear expectations and holding them accountable for their actions.

• Renewable energy experience.

$32.77 - $46.31 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
