Project Manager

Project Manager Opportunity for a Top Tier Commercial Construction GC.

Salary

$90,000 - $110,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for successful execution.
  • Oversee procurement, contracts, and cost control processes.
  • Lead client communication and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures.
  • Identify risks and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience within commercial construction.
  • Proven experience managing ground‑up and/or renovation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Experience with design‑build and/or construction management delivery methods preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
