Senior Project Manager – Estimator, Demolition

• Finalize bids and secure projects within the Demolition group
• Provide overall management direction of contract work from start to finish including scheduling, cost containment, monitoring progress, compliance, and client contact
• Prepares and/or coordinates preparation of full estimates on large complex work
• Prepares and/or coordinates preparation of full estimates including reviewing plans and specifications, calculating quantities, gathering quotes and submittals
• Works with operations staff to coordinate appropriate construction methods and staffing needs
• Manages billing to ensure accuracy of invoicing
• Communicates and is responsible for meeting all EEO/DBE project requirements
• Coordinates efforts and communication with the project owner/general contractor to work toward safe and timely project completion

• Bachelor's degree
• 15+ years of estimating and managing large complex projects experience in related scope of work
• Good communication skills both oral and written
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
• Knowledge of Bidding and Project Management software, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Working knowledge of Viewpoint Vista and HCSS construction software is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
• Occasional travel and overnight stays to jobsites and client meetings.

Demonstrates expertise in managing large complex projects, including estimating, scheduling, and compliance, while ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Proficient in utilizing project management software and tools to drive project success and maintain accuracy in billing and invoicing.
