As a Project Manager, you will oversee assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout while supporting proposal development and business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, collaborating with project teams, and helping clients bring their visions to life.
What You'll Do:Project Management
- Oversee and manage multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout and warranty periods.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of project and field construction activities.
- Review contract documents and site conditions to determine appropriate means, methods, and techniques.
- Forecast project financial performance and maintain accurate monthly financial reporting.
- Prepare and present monthly project reviews.
- Lead progress meetings, owner/architect meetings, and subcontractor pre-installation meetings.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, safety requirements, and closeout activities.
- Lead and mentor internal project teams.
- Support the Director of Project Management with department specific initiatives.
- Prepare responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and assist with proposal development.
- Support the Preconstruction Team with estimating and other preconstruction activities.
- Participate in pursuit strategies and help position projects for success.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Participate in industry organizations and trade associations.
- Support the RFP and bidding process.
- Lead and/or assist with project interviews through preparation, research, and presentations.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of six (6) years of full-charge project management experience in the construction industry required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of Procore is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Ability to travel on a part time basis for project specific needs.
- OSHA 30 Certificate is preferred
