This full-time, direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented construction professional with estimating experience and a strong understanding of building science, structural concepts, and construction methods. • Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Develop accurate estimates, panel package pricing, quantity takeoffs, and project costs
• Collaborate with customers, architects, engineers, sales, and internal teams to address technical questions and project requirements
• Prepare bids, estimates, and supporting sales documentation while maintaining organized project records
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate project handoffs to the design team

• Construction industry experience with knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and math aptitude
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
