We are partnered with a well-established regional general contractor to place a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in their Minneapolis market. This firm delivers a diverse mix of industrial and commercial projects across the Upper Midwest and is looking for a self-sufficient PM who can run projects with minimal oversight
Responsibiliti- es Manage industrial and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout — budget, schedule, subcontractors, and owner communication
- s.Lead procurement and buyout; manage trade partners through construction and punch lis
- t.Coordinate with field superintendents on daily execution, logistics, and quality contro
- l.Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and monthly owner reportin
- ts5–12 years of construction PM experience in industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or commercial sector
- s.Comfortable owning projects $10M–$50M with full budget and schedule accountabilit
- y.Strong communicator with owner-facing experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneousl
- y.Proficient in Procore or similar PM software. OSHA 30 require
- on $120K–$140K base + performance bonus | Medical, dental, vision | 401(k) with match | P
