Requirements

• a CDA, college degree (associates, bachelors, or masters) or a minimum of 16 semester credits towards and early childhood education or and ECE related field. College credits are required.
• ability to work 4 - 10 hour shifts (Monday-Friday)
• must be authorized to work in the US
• must pass a MN Department of Human Services background study

This position starts at $22.20-$24.45+. Our wage scale is based on education and experience.

The Kinderberry Experience

Immediately, when I walked in to St. Paul Kinderberry—I knew it was the right place
—the look, the feel, and the support to us as parents.

Lanai started at Kinderberry in 2013. She holds a B.S. in early childhood studies from Rasmussen.

Liz Johnson started at Kinderberry Hill in 2012. She holds a B.S. in speech, language, and hearing sciences from the University of Minnesota.

Maria joined our team in 2023. She is an RN with a B.S. in Nursing from St. Catherine University.

Toddlers

The Kinderberry Hill toddler program supports independence and cognitive development through personalized early childhood education, encouraging toddlers to explore confidently.

Preschool

The Kinderberry Hill preschool program supports children’s natural curiosity about the world, fostering early childhood education and promoting cognitive development.

Pre-kindergarten

The Kinderberry Hill pre-kindergarten program helps children transition to kindergarten by fostering essential skills and independence in a nurturing early childhood education environment.

Nature Explore

Kinderberry Hill’s Nature Explore certified outdoor classroom provides children with a dynamic space to engage with the natural world through hands-on exploration. This thoughtfully designed environment encourages curiosity and learning in a natural setting.

The Wonder Lab

The Wonder Lab at Kinderberry Hill offers hands-on learning experiences in STEM, the arts, and Spanish language immersion, designed to inspire curiosity, exploration, and early language development in young children through engaging, interactive activities.
