Gen Ed Teacher - Lakeville, Minnesota

An onsite paraprofessional position is available in St. Paul, MN, supporting elementary students from Kindergarten through 6th grade. This role requires a dedicated professional to work full-time (40 hours per week) within a general education setting, assisting teachers in delivering high-quality education and support to young learners.

Providing direct assistance to students during classroom activities, facilitating individual and small group instruction, supporting social and behavioral development, and collaborating closely with teachers to implement educational plans. The paraprofessional will play a vital role in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment and helping students achieve their academic goals.

• Previous experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in K-6 settings
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff
• Knowledge of general education teaching strategies and classroom management
• Reliability and commitment to supporting students academic and social development
• Ability to work onsite in St. Paul, MN, full-time with flexible adaptation to school schedules

This is a contract role with a term starting as soon as possible and continuing through the end of the school year, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and need.
