Cheer-Tumbling Skills Supervisor

Lakeville Cheerleading is looking for a Tumbling Instructor to inspire young athletes and help them develop their skills in a positive, safe, and fun environment.

• Supervise and develop the overall tumbling skills program.
• Teach proper technique for tumbling skills:
  • Basic: cartwheels, handstands, forward rolls, backward rolls
  • Intermediate: back walkovers, roundoffs, bridge kickovers, introduction to back handsprings
  • Advanced: back handsprings, roundoff + skill, back tucks, layouts
• Lead warm‑ups for beginner levels and assist with advanced warm‑ups.
• Participate in staff training as needed.
• Follow all policies and procedures, including submitting injury reports.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Experience in gymnastics, tumbling, and/or cheer (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to stay focused, engaged, and provide a positive learning environment.

• 4‑6 hours per week (hours to be determined).

• $21.50 per hour.
