Elementary Clerk

• Assist elementary staff in smooth, efficient school operations.
• Support use of word processing, Microsoft Word, Apple Works, Excel.
• Operate, troubleshoot printers, copy machines, fax machines, laminators, and binding machines.
• Maintain good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; office experience preferred.

• AA college degree or 2 years of college required.
• Training or experience working with children in group tutorial and supervisory setting.
• Ability to assist students in learning basic elementary curriculum.
• Maintain high ethical behavior and confidentiality expected of fully licensed teachers.
• Interpersonal skills to build compatible relationships with students and adults as determined by the principal.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions for 20–30 minutes.
• Responsible for physical safety and emotional behavior of entire grade level while supervising students in playground, cafeteria, and classroom.
• Implement discipline plans when necessary.

Elementary Clerk and Noon Supervisor positions classified as A‑1‑1, starting salary $16.25–$19.66 per hour depending on experience. Tutor positions classified as B‑2‑1, starting salary $19.85–$24.05 per hour depending on experience.
