Long Term Substitute Early Childhood Special Education Paraprofessional at Crystal Lake Education Center (CLEC)
Start Date: 9/8/2026 - 1/4/2027
6.00 hours per day, 30hours per week, Monday - Friday
174days per year
Start/End Times: 8:45 - 3:15 pm
Qualifications:
- AA degree/60 college credits or successful Paraeducatorassessmentrequired. Training or experience working with children in a group tutorial and supervisory setting. Link for more information on the Para Pro test:(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below)./
- Interpersonal skills, that lend themselves to a compatible working relationship with students and other adults in the work place as determined by the principal.
- Must have the ability to lift and toilet student.
- Possess basic academic competencies to provide tutorial assistance to the student(s) as needed.
- Position is not a regular part of the district staff. Position may be altered/eliminated at any time if deemed appropriate in the Individual Educational Plan (IEP).

Pay Rate:Position is in the LEAF bargaining unit (Lakeville Education Assistants Federation)
Classified in the LEAF Contract as B-2-1 starting salary $21.18- $25.38per hour depending on experience
