Ampersand Therapy is hiring Elementary ABS Teachers for the  school year in the Coon Rapids, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license through PELSB (Tier 3 or
4) Must pass background check and drug screening Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred
