Key

Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota Teaching Certification (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)—please ensure your certification and resume are attached for consideration
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher in an elementary resource setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and data collection
• Ability to differentiate instruction and adapt materials to meet individual learning needs
• Excellent communication skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instructional support to students with disabilities in accordance with their IEPs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, related service providers, and parents/guardians on student goals and progress
• Develop and adapt instructional materials, strategies, and resources to accommodate diverse learners
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data on student progress and compliance requirements
• Participate in team meetings, staff professional development, and ongoing case management duties
