Instructional Behavior Coach

Our client is seeking an Instructional Behavior Coach for the upcoming school year in Dakota County, Minnesota. This position offers an opportunity to work within a school setting supporting students with behavioral and learning challenges. The role involves collaborating with staff to implement effective behavior management strategies and contribute to positive student outcomes. The position is full-time, with a schedule aligned to the school year, starting on August 24, 2026, and continuing through June 8, 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the causes of student challenges.
• Create individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
• Provide training and ongoing support to school staff on behavior strategies.
• Develop systems for collecting and analyzing student behavior data.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage families to support behavior goals.

Qualifications:

• Valid school psychologist or related licensure required.
• Experience in conducting behavior assessments and developing intervention plans.
• Knowledge of behavioral principles and data analysis methods.
• Ability to train and support educators and staff effectively.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills.
