Job Description
Job Summary: Support CAD work, including updating and redesigning drawings and models for PFAS material changes, while coordinating validation activities in the medical device industry.
Job Requirements:
- BS or MS in Engineering with design experience.
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
- Proven CAD experience, preferably with Creo.
- Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Experience with injection molding in the medical device industry.
Preferred
Skills:
- Familiarity with PFAS material changes in design.
- Experience in the medical device industry, particularly in cardiac surgery products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the Design Subject Matter Expert on the PFAS cross-functional team.
- Update CAD models and drawings to accommodate PFAS material changes.
- Troubleshoot design issues and provide solutions.
- Coordinate validation activities with technicians and engineers.
- Work onsite at the Brooklyn Park facility supporting the Cardiac Surgery product portfolio.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
