Senior Financial Pricing Analyst

We are partnering with a growing Twin Cities-based company on a newly created Senior Financial Pricing Analyst role. This is a highly visible, one-of-a-kind opportunity that sitsat the intersection of finance and sales. You’ll serve as the go-to pricing and deal strategy partner for the sales team on some of the company's largest, most complex, multi-million dollar bids and contracts. This role has the potential to grow into a leadership role as the function expands.

• Act as the primary finance partner for the sales team on large, complex deals and contract renewals
• Drive comprehensive pricing analysis across cost modeling, margin evaluation, risk assessment, and deal structuring
• Play a key role in pricing tools and contract financials for new and growing account opportunities
• Maintain thorough documentation of pricing assumptions and ensure alignment with broader financial goals
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting in support of growth initiatives such as cross-selling and upselling
• Build and refine account-level reporting that tracks profitability, revenue trends, retention, and pricing performance
• Monitor customer performance trends and surface risks and opportunities in a proactive manner
• Support special projects and ad hoc analysis tied to pricing strategy, account planning, and sales performance

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of pricing and financial analysis experience
• Prior experience working with sales leaders

• Salary Range: $105,000–$120,000
