  • Complete a 2-year rotational experience across a variety of business areas
  • Perform audit assignments to develop audit skills and knowledge of the organization
  • Work under the guidance of experienced audit staff and managers
  • Contribute to audit teams and complete audit activities using internal policy and methodology
  • Draft professional communications and document audit deliverables
  • Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to achieve Internal Audit and Wells Fargo business goals
  • Participate in professional development, continuous learning, training, mentorship, and group projects
  • Learn fundamentals of financial services, auditing, and risk analysis through classroom and on-the-job training
  • Support risk assessments and control activities to help identify and mitigate risk
  • Potentially transition to an Auditor role after successful completion of the program, based on performance
Requirements
  • 6+ months of Audit, Risk experience, equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, operations, supply chain, business administration, information systems, or a technology-related degree, with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Intermediate or advanced experience using Microsoft Office suite and/or data analysis techniques
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as chat-based assistants and Microsoft Copilot
  • Strong learning agility and curiosity
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain quality, accuracy, and operational excellence
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Business acumen and strong service orientation
  • Ability to support risk assessments, control activities, risk mitigation, and governance standards
  • Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require current or future work visa sponsorship from Wells Fargo
