Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven

Pharmacistto joinour team. The Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring safe,effective, and evidence-based pharmaceutical care in compliance with federal and state regulations, hospital policies, and clinical best practices. Thisrole plays a key part in optimizing medication therapy, supporting clinical teams, and enhancing patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review,verify, and dispense medications in accordance with prescribed orders and hospital protocols.
• Provide clinical oversight for medication use, including dosing adjustments,therapeutic drug monitoring, and adverse event prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal pharmacotherapy and patient safety.
• Counselpatients and families on proper medication use, side effects, and adherence strategies.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and comply with all Board of Pharmacy and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, formulary reviews, and staff education programs.
• Stay current on clinical developments, emerging drug therapies, and best practices in pharmacy care.

Qualifications

• Doctorof Pharmacy (Pharm.
  
  D.) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
• Minimumof 2 years of hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical standards and evidence-based practice.
