Interim Recruiter

Overview

The Interim Recruiter will support full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for both corporate and field roles across multiple locations. This role partners closely with the recruiting team to source, screen, and hire skilled talent in a construction-focused environment during a period of rapid growth.

Hybrid - North Metro area

Hourly rate between $35-$45, DOE

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume corporate and field-based roles
• Source and engage candidates for national, multi-state hiring needs
• Partner with the recruiting team to support hiring strategy and execution
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and workflows within the ATS

• Proven experience with high-volume, full-cycle recruiting
• Background recruiting field or skilled labor roles within construction, fiber, or related industries
• Experience sourcing and recruiting for national roles
• Strong teamwork mindset with a hands-on, flexible approach
• Familiarity with ATS systems; SAP experience preferred
