IT Business Analyst
Role Overview
The Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting the development and delivery of high-quality digital experiences by partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements, prioritize IT initiatives, and support change-management activities.
What You Will DoDevelops technical specifications, interprets and documents business partner needs, reviews application problems, and serves as a liaison between business partners and application development team members.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field; or 4+ years of equivalent IT experience.
- One (1) year of Business Analyst experience and two (2) years of IT or marketing/communications experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, detail management, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize work, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a system‑thinking approach.
- Hands‑on experience working with databases, programming languages, and/or end‑user software in a networked environment.
- Working knowledge of one or more programming languages.
- Proficiency in standard business tools, including word processing, email, and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
- Strong people skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and resolve problems effectively.
- Ability to manage a high degree of change and adapt quickly.
- Strong judgment, including conflict resolution and arbitration skills.
