CANDIDATE MUST BE US Citizen (due to contractual/access requirements). This role is an integral member of a team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining technical solutions that include infrastructure, systems, networks, applications, and integrations. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with technical professionals, analysts, and engineers to build and optimize solutions, ensuring quality, integrity, and performance across multiple teams.

• Analyze, design, code, test, and implement technical solutions across the technical ecosystem.
• Provide general production monitoring and support, meeting defined scope, target dates, and budgets with minimal or no defects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, product, analytics, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Track work against production schedules, provide progress updates, and report issues or technical difficulties to leadership.
• Document technical processes and procedures, and participate in technical reviews and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of architecture to ensure solution alignment with enterprise goals and standards.
• Perform technical analysis and provide insights to support decision‑making across various departments.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest relevant technologies and industry best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions, with a focus on production support.
• Minimum 3 years of technical problem‑solving, solution implementation, and team/project collaboration experience.
• Minimum 3 years of basic computer‑science concepts, operating systems, and development languages/scripting.
• Preferred 5 years of experience with technology platforms, application development tools, and business processes.
• Preferred 5 years of experience defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility trade‑offs.
• Preferred 5 years of experience working with a variety of technology systems in healthcare.
• Preferred 5 years of experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Preferred 5 years of experience with technical governance, quality, and security best practices.
• Preferred 5 years of experience translating requirements, design mockups, prototypes, or user stories into technical designs.
• Preferred 5 years of producing fault‑tolerant, efficient, and maintainable technical solutions.

• Advanced routing and switching (BGP, OSPF/EIGRP, EVPN/VXLAN)
• Datacenter networking (spine‑leaf architectures, Cisco ACI, Arista, F5 BIG‑IP)
• Enterprise WAN (SD‑WAN solutions, MPLS, DIA, hybrid WAN architectures)
• Wireless networking (large‑scale WLAN design, site surveys, roaming optimization)
• Firewall and segmentation (Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower, Fortinet, microsegmentation)
• Cloud security & edge (SASE, DDoS mitigation, WAF/CDN)
• Encryption & identity (IPSec VPNs, SSL/TLS, certificate lifecycle)
• Cloud & hybrid networking (Azure VNets, AWS VPCs, GCP networking, Express Route, Direct Connect)
• Automation & IaC (Ansible, Terraform, Nornir, Itential)
• Programming/scripting (Python, Netmiko, NAPALM, REST APIs)
• Source‑of‑truth systems (Net Box, IP Fabric, Service Now CMDB) and CI/CD practices for network changes.
• Strong analytical thinking, adaptability, and a sense of ownership.
• Excellent teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

• Required:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred:
  Master’s degree in a related field.

Position Type:
Office‑ or Remote‑based. Occasional travel (0%–25%) to various work sites or sites‑to‑site. Physical demands include lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and 25–50 pounds occasionally.

Minimum: $79,300.00 – Maximum: $ (varies based on qualifications and market).
