Vice President – Global Head of HR Systems

Responsibilities

• Contributing to and operationalizing our enterprise HR technology roadmap in partnership with senior leadership.
• Overseeing a global team of technologists responsible for developing and configuring simple, innovative, and efficient technology solutions.
• Driving agenda to design and implement user-friendly HR systems and processes.
• Scanning the market and peer firms to recommend best practice solutions and emerging technologies.
• Implementing and utilizing agile product methodology.

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, or equivalent years of work experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including experience leading teams, designing, and implementing HR technology.
• Strong technical experience with integrations, security models, and prior experience deploying and configuring Workday.
• Proven experience in contributing to and executing HR technology strategies at a global level with primary focus on Workday.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, including performance management, compensation, talent development, and recruitment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to drive change and innovation in HR technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
