A well-established, privately held company in the Twin Cities is seeking an IT Manager to lead its technology function. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for supporting day‑to‑day IT operations while helping guide the organization’s systems and infrastructure forward.

• Oversee daily IT operations including infrastructure, systems, and end‑user support
• Manage core business applications, including ERP and other internal systems
• Partner with leadership to align technology with business needs
• Lead IT projects such as upgrades, implementations, and integrations
• Ensure cybersecurity, system reliability, and data integrity
• Manage external vendors and technology partners
• Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and support as needed

• 5–10+ years of IT experience with ownership of systems or environments
• Experience in small‑to‑mid‑sized company settings
• Strong background in Microsoft technologies (Windows, O365, Active Directory, networking)
• Experience with ERP systems and business applications
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on
• Strong communication skills and business partnership mindset
