Branch Operations Data Engineer

• Work on big data and analytics projects involving large-volume data gathering and integration
• Acquire data from multiple sources for analysis
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data
• Provide answers to business questions and actionable recommendations
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and tools
• Present data and analysis clearly so audiences understand results and recommendations and can make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with partners to provide a holistic view of analyses
• Measure and monitor results of applied recommendations and present adjustments
• Ensure data acquisition, sharing, and recommendation results comply with company standards

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Four to five years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
• Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, and predictive modeling
• Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and workplace conduct and safety policies
• Applicants must be able to comply with applicable employment eligibility verification and background check requirements

Demonstrates expertise in data analytics, statistical techniques, and predictive modeling to derive actionable insights from complex data sets. Strong project management and communication skills facilitate collaboration and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
