- Maintain, revise, and verify GIS datasets concerning land parcels, agreement boundaries, and other Lands & Right of Way spatial details using ArcGIS tools.
- Edit and manage spatial geometries, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and adherence to established mapping standards and data governance requirements.
- Complete Python scripts, Arc Py tools, FME workflows, and other automation processes to support data transformation, integration, and maintenance activities.
- Perform spatial analysis and generate maps, reports, and visual products that support business operations, planning, and decision-making.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, topology issues, and attribute discrepancies.
- Provide front-line support to internal collaborators by responding to GIS inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering timely solutions.
- Work alongside GIS specialists, Lands & Right of Way teams, and cross-functional partners to assist with projects, process improvements, and ongoing data management initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Geomatics, Surveying, or a related field, and four years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant GIS experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with ArcGIS Pro and/or ArcGIS Enterprise in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of GIS data structures, geodatabases, spatial referencing systems, coordinate systems, and geoprocessing techniques.
- Experience editing and maintaining spatial data, including land parcels, boundary datasets, and associated attribute information.
- Working knowledge of Python scripting (Arc Py preferred), ESRI Model Builder, and FME for GIS automation and data integration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a dedication to data accuracy and quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to convey technical GIS information to non-technical audiences.
Expertise in GIS data management, including proficiency in ArcGIS tools, Python scripting, and data quality assurance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support spatial analysis and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
