Tavoron is an industrial automation company focused on electrical and air automation, robotic systems, and compressed air technology. We are a family of companies, a community of problem solvers working together to deliver an automation ecosystem for OEMs and manufacturers across the country.
We're growing, by acquisition and organically, with private equity backing and a plan. Part of that plan is one common commercial engine across the whole platform: one CRM, one sales process, shared visibility. That build is underway right now.
The CRM Administrator & Sales Adoption Specialist is the business owner and day-to-day administrator of that platform. This position administers the system, trains and supports its users, maintains data quality, and produces the reporting sales leadership uses to run the business.
The role works closely with sales leadership, marketing, IT, account managers, inside sales teams, and the leaders of each operating company, and is central to the company wide WPCRM deployment and adoption initiative.
ResponsibilitiesCRM Administration- Administer WPCRM day to day: user accounts, permissions, security roles, and access controls.
- Configure dashboards, views, workflows, reports, alerts, and other CRM functionality.
- Support opportunity management, lead management, activity tracking, quoting, and account management processes in the system.
- Test and validate enhancements, updates, integrations, and new releases; coordinate issue resolution with IT and the vendor.
- Deliver training and onboarding for account managers, inside sales teams, sales leaders, and marketing personnel.
- Create and maintain user guides, quick-reference materials, and tutorials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM questions and support requests.
- Monitor system usage and act on adoption gaps by operating company, team, and user.
- Set and maintain data quality standards for accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
- Run a regular audit cadence; resolve duplicate, incomplete, and inconsistent records.
- Support data imports, cleanup projects, and migrations as operating companies come onto the platform.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards covering sales, bookings, pipeline health, lead conversion, and user adoption.
- Support lead routing, lead assignment, and campaign tracking with marketing; help measure campaigns from lead through order.
- Help sales teams follow the common sales stages and keep opportunity records current enough to support credible forecasting.
- Gather enhancement requests, help prioritize improvements, and participate in rollout planning and user acceptance testing.
Performance in this role is reviewed against four areas. Specific targets are set with the manager and refreshed as the rollout matures.
- Adoption and usage. Active usage rates across operating companies as WPCRM rolls out.
- Data quality. Audit results and the rates of duplicate, incomplete, and stale records.
- Training delivered. Onboarding and training sessions completed; user materials produced and kept current.
- Reporting and support. Dashboards and scorecards delivered and maintained; support requests resolved with reasonable turnaround.
- 3+ years of CRM administration, sales operations, business systems, or related experience.
- Hands-on administration of a major CRM platform (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Hub Spot, Zoho, Infor CRM, or similar). WPCRM experience is helpful but not required; a strong administrator will learn it quickly.
- Working knowledge of sales processes: lead management, pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and CRM reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to train users and drive technology adoption.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to work across multiple business units with competing priorities.
- Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, automation, or B2B sales organizations.
- Marketing automation experience (Marketo or similar).
- Power BI or other business intelligence reporting.
- CRM migration or enterprise rollout experience; familiarity with ERP integrations and customer master data.
