Join a company that blends big company opportunity with a small company attitude. As a Sample Coordinator, you'll manage product sample requests from start to finish—partnering across teams to support innovation, customers, and product launches.

Key responsibilities include fulfilling and tracking all sample requests, coordinating with Sales, R&D, Plants, DCs, and Customer Service, shipping samples using JDE and managing required documentation, maintaining sample inventory, labeling, and database (Excel), overseeing trade show samples and special shipping requirements, supporting product testing, first production samples, and training, and managing shipping supplies, invoices, and recordkeeping.

What we're looking for includes a high school diploma; 2+ years business experience (CPG preferred), strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office; shipping systems a plus, ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment, and a team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Location and travel include Lakeville, MN, occasional coordination for domestic/international shipments, and limited travel for trade show support.
