Manager, Supply Chain Business Partner

Ocean Spray is hiring for a Manager, Supply Chain Business Partner who supports the USA Foods & Beverage Ecosystem businesses. The role transforms commercial strategy into actionable supply chain outcomes for assigned brand, category, or customer portfolio, orchestrating cross‑functional teams to ensure end‑to‑end supply readiness for new product launches, base business strategies, product/pack/portfolio changes, and capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own day‑to‑day coordination of Foods & Beverage Ecosystem launches, promotions, and portfolio changes from concept through post‑launch stabilization.
  • Facilitate stage‑gate deliverables and ensure readiness across Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Procurement, and Customer Operations.
  • Prepare inputs to S&OP/IBP, maintain 12‑18 month look‑ahead for capacity signals, identify constraints, and trigger options analysis.
  • Support scenario planning, document trade‑offs for leadership decisions.
  • Serve as primary supply‑chain interface for Marketing, Sales, Finance, R&D, Packaging, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Operations.
  • Coordinate specifications, BOMs, routings, labeling/packaging readiness, regulatory/quality requirements with functional owners.
  • Support PMO with operating cadence, risk reviews, stakeholder updates, and publish clear action lists and owners.
  • Leverage ERP and planning systems (SAP, IBP/APO) and advanced Excel/analytics to inform recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal and contract manufacturing leaders on timelines, MOQ/lead‑time, qualification activities, and change control.
  • Track partner readiness, support make‑vs‑buy decisions; final sourcing decisions remain with CM leadership.
  • Input demand signals, service targets, constraints to network studies; support implementation of network changes.
  • Coordinate change management, customer communication milestones, cutover risk mitigation with functional owners.
  • Drive continuous improvement and Lean/Six Sigma problem solving to reduce timeline slippage and variability.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or Business.
  • 5–7+ years of supply chain experience in a high‑velocity environment; exposure to commercialization/NPI.
  • Working knowledge of integrated planning, inventory management, manufacturing flow (internal and external), logistics, and customer operations.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Proficiency with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP) and strong Excel/analytics skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent.
  • Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
  • Experience with S&OP/IBP processes.
Education and Experience
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s or University Degree (Required). Master’s Degree (Preferred).
  • Work Experience:

    At least 5 Years of Experience.
Compensation
  • Annual Salary: $105,800 – $145,420 (range).
  • Short‑term and long‑term incentive rewards may be available.
