Responsibilities- Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off through delivery of the completed vehicle
- Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines
- Partners with insurance companies to manage the customer’s claim to ensure the best customer experience
- Maintains communication with customers providing updates on the repair process
- Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified
- Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards
- Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's License required
- Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person
- Prior collision estimating experience preferred
- Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred
- I-CAR / ASE certification preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Successful completion of background check required

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, talk, and hear. The employee may stand, sit, and walk for long periods. The employee may reach with hands and arms and move objects up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
