This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lakeville, MN, for a Swiss Machine Programmer. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing CNC Swiss machine programs, setting up and operating machinery, troubleshooting machining processes, and ensuring precise and efficient production of components. The programmer will collaborate with engineers and machinists to meet tight tolerances, ensure quality standards, and maintain production timelines.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Programming utilizing Esprit a plus
- Understanding of tight tolerances and quality control methods in a highly regulated industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with industry standards such as SPC, FAI, and PPAP is highly advantageous
- Experience in precision machining for medical, aerospace, or similar industries is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a relevant technical degree or certification is preferred
