Are you passionate about innovation, quality, and making a difference? If so, great news - QA1 is looking for a talented Material Handler to join our 2nd shift Lakeville based team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge products that not only meet but exceed industry expectations. As a member of the QA1 team, you’ll be responsible for pulling products for internal and customer orders, packing shipments, receiving shipments, and doing inventory transactions.
You’ll support the Area Manager – Material Handling, and your success in this role will depend on your ability to ensure timely and accurate processing. If you are someone who likes a physically active and detail-oriented role, we look forward to hearing from you!
Work Schedule:
Monday – Thursday 3:30pm – 1:30am with overtime pending business need
- Responsible for packaging outbound customer shipments
- Responsible for processing customer order paperwork
- Responsible for pulling orders for internal job orders
- Breaks down pallets of incoming inventory
- Move inventory within the warehouse accurately
- Label all inventory properly
- Create accurate inventory transactions in Syte Line
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory management processes
- Safely operate order pickers and forklifts and perform daily safety checks on the pickers and forklifts
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Self-directed and able to recognize and pursue opportunities not identified by others
- Results-oriented with sense of urgency to in a fast-paced environment.
- Time-management skills to complete deadline sensitive projects.
- Hands‑on attitude. Willing to do whatever is needed to get the job done.
- Team player and able to work independently on projects.
- Must be able to effectively work in an environment requiring repetitive job responsibilities
- Flexibility and willingness to cross‑train.
- Foster a teamwork environment with every action.
- Promotes positive team spirit through words and actions; desire to be part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math, reading and English communication skills
- Willingness to continuously learn and open to feedback to improve individual performance.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA requirements
- Comfortable with team interaction or alone under busy conditions with minimal supervision
- Demonstrable strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office products and capable of quickly training and becoming proficient with ERP system (Syteline)
