2nd Shift – Monday to Thursday 2:00 pm – 12:30 am. There is an 8% shift differential for those on 2nd Shift.

The Finisher primarily performs hands‑on tasks, including laser marking, assembly, mass finishing, final cleaning, and chemical finishing of manufactured parts, while adhering to established quality systems, processes, and procedures to ensure effective manufacturing flow, with accuracy, and fulfillment of all customer requirements.

• Adhere to the Quality Management System and documented processes.
• Follow SOP’s, Work Instructions, and processes.
• Assist with training and cross training other team members.
• Inspect and hand deburr parts using magnification/microscope.
• Perform secondary operations, including laser marking, assembly, mass finishing, final cleaning, and chemical finishing.
• Maintain cleanliness and line clearance of work areas.
• Suggest improvements for inspection work processes and methods.
• Demonstrate professional interaction and responsiveness to feedback.

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Technical training in the utilization of inspection methods and equipment, or equivalent experience, is preferred. Experience in quality systems in an ISO regulated manufacturing environment (custom medical device contract manufacturing preferred) is helpful.
