Job Overview

General Labor, Sorter, Entry Level – We’re hiring General Laborers/Sorters to sort recyclables at a large recycling and processing plant in Lakeville, MN, th Street West, Lakeville, MN 55044. This site is not on any public transportation route.

No diploma or experience needed. Tons of growth potential – we promote from within. First shift available.

Schedule:

6am‑4:30pm (Mon‑Fri). Full‑time hourly pay: $18.50 per hour.

• Sick time that starts to accumulate after 90 days of employment.
• Weekly pay.

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• Can lift up to 25 pounds as needed and stand for the entire shift.
• Reliable transportation to get to work; many facilities are located near a bus line. Carpooling and ride sharing are promoted.
• Consent to a background check.
• Consent to a drug screen.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, safety‑oriented Sorters who follow instructions and work well in a team.

Prior warehouse, general labor or sorting experience is a plus but not required. This is a safety sensitive position for which impairment while working presents substantial risk of injury so the company will be testing for THC.
